Regardless of how well managed your child’s day-to-day activities are, stress is inevitable. Over time, it can lead to child anxiety or child depression. Learning and concentration difficulties cause added pressure to an already full plate, and it is necessary to help your child learn proper stress management techniques. Exercise, rest, nutrition, and relaxation practices are all important aspects to consider when helping him or her establish peace when handling difficult situations.
